Reminder: Each sponsor is provided (2) discounted registrations for company reps attending to support equipment. This registration rate does not include attending courses. Registrations beyond the (2) company representatives will need to register as a regular attendee.

HOW TO SHIP EQUIPMENT OR PRODUCT

Shipping Instructions:

Schedule all equipment shipments to arrive between Wednesday, August 7 – Monday, August 12, 2019 (by 10am).

o   All delivery trucks must have lift gate.

o   Send tracking info to danielg@sca.coffee  when available.

Click on the link that corresponds to what you are shipping:

-        Outbound shipments should be scheduled for pick up on Monday, Aug. 19.

o   All trucks MUST have a lift gate.

o   BOLs and shipping documents are required to be secured on all outbound pallets before sponsor leaves. SCA/CRG is not responsible for shipments that do not have proper shipping documents.
